What you will do:
1. Create great online collateral for brand and marketing campaigns- design and development of layouts for website/ social media pages and marketing materials, using appealing graphics
2. Edit and create graphics based on the still photographs of our jewelry and photo shoots
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

What you will do:

Description:
Do you love to interact with and help solve customers' problems?
We are looking for a committed individual to help build online presence for luxury products across channels and store.  
What you will do:
1. Own the customer experience for a number of online stores, maintaining a strong store culture built on customer obsession. 
2. Responsible for all communication as customer service touch points
3. Become knowledgeable in the digital customer journey, persona’s, customer segments and markets and an expert to how our product catalog, prices, promotions, content and technology tools impact buying behaviors online
4. Update products, descriptions, images, and other customer-facing information to ensure the store front end functionality is optimized
5. Partner with functional areas such as production, merchandising and inventory management to ensure effective solutions
6. Build reports and insights based on recent eCommerce performance data (sales, units, consumer traffic, feedback, repeat, queries etc.)
